@RedAndBlackPacman A55 shoots 10ips and it’s incredible! I’ve used many times the mode and I can tell you that I got many nice pictures. d5100′s ISO goes up to 25 000, but personnally I don’t reckon that is that useful because your pictures might come up with a terrible quality. A55 goes up to 12 800 which is really excellent… but still too high for me.

@Baalx3 Yeah, that is a really huge conundrum. I shot for like 1 minute and I could feel the heat on my camera… it really sucks. But since record shooting isn’t my priority, it’s not a huge conundrum for me.
@thegarethify I have a Sony a55 and it does the job. In fact, I really like my camera and I’m not disappointed. I reckon you must look at the features and choose a camera that suits you and your needs. Personnally, I classy my camera as a Reflex, but some people would say that it’s not a real reflex… it depends on your opinion
I know very small but would this be classified as a dslr? Or would I be safer with a Canon or Nikon?

This camera is very poor shooting HD record, and Auto mode. the battery life is extremely poor and it overheats in HD record mode. buy a new battery for 70 and then it’ll be ok. But it still is always overheating.
@RedAndBlackPacman Yes it can. I own this camera and the screen flips out on the side all directions. I would recommend this camera. I like it.
must i get this or nikon d5100? the only thing i dont like about a55 is that the screen cant flip out on the side like nikon does
other than manual zoom on the lense -is there a button to zoom in and out? -
@mohaalagi It is a DSLT. Nearly identical thought, difference in the internal mirror system.
